RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@paperplanesdubai.com within 7 days of your purchase to arrange for an exchange or return.
To ensure that items are accepted for returns, we kindly ask that you keep all original packaging and proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To return the item please email customer service at contact@paperplanesdubai.com within 7 days of purchase. After receiving confirmation return the item to the following address:

REFUND PROCESS
After receiving the item and inspecting the condition, we will process your return. The return processing may take 2 to 3 working days and refund will be credited to your account with in 4 to 5 working days. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

- Breastfeeding equipment’s and accessories

- All dental care products
