Octocrylene – An organic UV filter used in sunscreen formulations to help absorb UVB and shorter UVA rays. It also helps improve formula stability and supports the performance of other sunscreen ingredients, such as avobenzone. Octocrylene is commonly used in water-resistant sunscreen formulations.
Bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine, also known as Tinosorb S or Bemotrizinol, is a synthetic UV filter that delivers broad-spectrum sun protection due to its ability to absorb UVA and UVB rays.
